Assistant Store Manager Opportunity Description:


Assist the Store GM in planning, directing, coordinating and growing the operations of a dynamic, simple and cool restaurant business. Lead a team to deliver optimum guest experience while developing managers' skills and talents to provide challenging growth opportunities. Create a dynamic culture of success and cultivate team members who care about each other and make each other better every day.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

 

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills

  • Care about your team and your customers to add value to all relationships

  • Develop Team Members and Managers into leaders and maintain a bench of top performing individuals functioning as a great team.

  • Work a minimum of 44-47 hrs a week

  • Open and available schedule

  • Minimum 2 years management experience in restaurant industry

  • Effectively and enthusiastically leads the restaurant during a shift to ensure that amazing restaurant operations are consistently achieved

  • Lead each shift by delegating duties, assigning specific tasks and ensuring team members are prepared for each day

  • Assist the Store Leader and Team Members in cultivating a culture of success and caring where we make make things better everyday

  • Responsible for the coaching, training and development of team members

  • Contributes to a team environment by recognizing and reinforcing individual and team accomplishments and is able to hold team and themselves accountable while providing positive feedback

  • Follow inventory control procedures and guidelines

  • Follow Pieology's operational policy and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety/security, to ensure the safety of all teams members and guests during each shift
